Leadership must express a soul of belief in the importance of evaluation. If the evaluation is ignored by the ED as an irritation forced upon the company from the outside, employees will experience the same way. The professional home must also understand the degree of evaluation that is appropriate. It does not appear sensible to burden program employees with evaluation plans that are so time-consuming that they don’t have a chance to run the program. Be aware of how ready your company is to apply, make and apply new programs and components.
